How quickly will I be approved after I submit an application?

We process applications within 1-3 business days of receiving all needed information.
How many homes can I look at once I'm approved?

Once your household is approved, you can look at as many houses as you need until you find the perfect one for you.
What if I'm not looking right now?

Your application remains active for 180 days from when you paid the application fee.
